We always visit your home prior to carrying out a carpet clean, to assess your needs, and also to advise you of cost, with us, there is no hard sell, we simply give you the price, and a run down of what is involved and leave it to you to make a booking either there and then or by telephone at a later date.

We use a deep soil extraction process to clean all your carpets, using only the best chemical available from Prochem, the world wide leaders in carpet cleaning supplies, our process takes the dirt and soil from the base of the carpet, which leaves the carpet 100% clean, it is a well known fact that most carpets in a domestic setting are holding up to a pound of dirt per meter. Our stain removal process which is carried out before the deep soil extraction means also that most everyday stains are also removed in one easy process, and the carpets normally take about two hours to dry, depending on the pile size.

We carry out works on all types of rugs, and regularly give free advice on the care and cleaning of rugs, some of the rugs we have seen in the Suffolk area are from Iran, Morrocco, Tunisia and Turkey, we have even seen a few Chinese Silk Rugs, most rugs can be cleaned using the same deep soil extraction process as we do carpets.

Over the last few years, and especially since central heating has become more widespread, we have had an increase on the amount of customers requiring a flea removal service, sometimes after a pet has had an infestation, and increasingly, we have had customers who have rented houses, and the landlords require this to be done, as a preventative measure, after a lot of research and development, we now have an effective process, which applies insecticide to your carpets, at the same time as cleaning them, without causing a hazard to your pet or children, or indeed any adults.

We have developed a process that now completely disinfects and sanitises carpets, first time, which is especially popular for customers who have had pets or children being sick or ill on their carpets. and all of our services are fully transferable onto upholstery and other seating areas.
