We currently have in stock some excellent prochem stain removal kits, that we are happy to sell to you, and we are currently awaiting delivery of a tried and tested kit from staingard which are good for removing stains yourselves.

We have a lot of customers who call us out to remove a stain after treating it themselves with a shop bought product, this can have the effect of setting the stain, making it a permanent fixture on your carpets, some of these shop bought products have a whitening product or bleach in them, so in extreme cases eventually the stained area can rot away, not good.
